This was my first experience in purchasing a new Hyundai. Jeff was my salesman and, although he was crazy busy when we went in to check out some vehicles, he was very patient and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated being able to text questions about the vehicles regarding what they had in stock and about the different trim levels. Like many others, I don't have all day to spend at a dealership to learn about the options. He was very responsive with answers and worked with his finance manager, Doug, to get me an excellent interest rate. Thanks to Doug, this was the fastest car purchase I have made in my entire life. He made the paperwork signing process fun as well.
