An okay store for the area with admittedly great sales and overall low prices. However, I try my best to avoid shopping here, especially recently. Before the pandemic I would prefer not to shop here because it is very unorganized, cluttered, and sometimes understaffed. Shopping there took way too long because some things were in places that didn’t make sense and it felt like every time I went in there the layout was different. Now, I never go here because the curbside pickup service is very slow. I understand that in-store customers take priority, but knowing that, I have arrived during times that aren’t busy such as right before open and close. But no matter what time I come, I’m always stuck waiting in my car for over 20. minutes (I’m also usually the only person there doing curbside so there’s no one else they’re tending to). Bottom line is I do not recommend the curbside pickup option at all. In store is slightly better but I would only go there if you’re truly in a pinch. Best to cash out a little more money (not much) at Michael’s to receive a more pleasant and customer-friendly experience.

Unfortunately, I won’t be shopping at this location anymore. I bought a large quantity of fabric two weeks ago but hadn’t used it yet and I saw that it went on sale. I went in to get a price match since Joann prides themselves on price matching and offering their customers to pay the best price. The cashier became rude and condescending once I said I wanted to price match my online purchase for the current price. I had my order # and the fabric was intact. She contacted the manager to ask how to do an online return/exchange in the system. I could hear the manager tell her (rudely as well) to tell me that I can’t make returns unless the purchase was within 7 days... which isn’t true. I think it’s inappropriate for managers to make up policy requirements to fit their convenience, especially with a giant sign hanging over the register that says within 90 days. You would think I’m trying to steal money from their wallets the way they act here. Since this wasn’t the first time I had a bad customer experience with them I decided to leave and go to the Reading location instead. They’re so much nicer and made everything seamless! Also, Reading’s store is much more stocked and organized.

Staff is friendly. Store is clean and well organized. It's a little pricey, but they frequently run coupons and sales.

Beautiful fabric!!! Great selection!!! Make sure to get a cup on before going, or ask if they have an instore cup on you can use. They almost always have a sale going.
