Jones Acura of Lancaster was the best car buying experience I have ever been through. William Cross and Andy Pilotti were amazing to work with! They made sure I was 110% happy and satisfied with everything related to the car buying experience...the whole way down to the extra accessories I got with the vehicle and they knew I was super picky about the vehicle being PERFECT at pick up - no finger prints, etc and they went over and above by bringing a cloth to the car to wipe down any small dirt marks I saw. I am very happy and more than satisfied and will definitely go back to Jones Acura for my next car and will highly recommend friends and family to purchase their next vehicle there. Thanks for such a great experience Jones Acura! I love my new vehicle!!!
I can't say enough good things about my recent experience with Andy Pilotti and the folks at Jones Acura. Andy is a very knowledgeable and patient sales professional that has a very non-pushy demeanor that was very much appreciated. The entire process from test-drive through final signing was expedient and hassle free. I highly recommend Andy and the Joes Acura team.
There are not enough kind words to describe my experience with Jones Acura. It started with phenomenal service with the sales manager Will Cross. This man was very personable and resourceful. He worked numbers over, giving me several financial options that were more affordable than I anticipated. Will then handed me over to Andy Pilotti for the rest of the experience. Andy is such a sweetheart. He thoroughly explained my vehicle, and was so patient and knowledgeable. Obviously these men love their jobs and do them with such professionalism. They instill a “welcome to the family” vibe that is so comforting. Literally this experience was anything you could ever want when purchasing a vehicle. Consider me a returning customer.
My wife and I took delivery of our 2021 RDX this week. The entire buying experience was without question the best, most professionally handled experience we have had at any dealer. The sale process was handled 100% virtually through the Jones website, and emails and text messages with our salesman Andy Pilotti. Andy responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had during the sales process. With COVID-19 we were concerned with what the delivery process would be like. Andy and Sales Manager Will Cross, made sure that social distancing was practiced and continually cleaned surfaces and the IPAD for electronic signatures during the process. Their primary goal was to make sure that we felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process, which we did. I have never posted a public review of anything, but was so impressed with the professionalism of Andy, Will and everyone at Jones Acura that I wanted to share our experience.
