Awful experience and waste of money. 300 for the visit, Dr had no time for us, he said so and walked out of the room after 2 min. There were 2 other issues that needed to be discussed but the Dr was to busy....especially when he found out we had no insurance. This whole medical system is a joke, they only cater to the insurance companies. They dont care about. people. Just money and how much they can screw you for.

EVERY one of the reviews regarding the office staff is 100% true. The doctors are great - IF you can get past the BS they put you through to make an appointment. Even if I have to drive 1/2 hour, I won't go back to these clowns.

Lancaster Urology (Keystone Urology) was terrible to deal with. It took multiple phone calls over a week to get a call back to schedule a procedure. Then they required you to make payment in full to cover the insurance deductible before they would schedule. Two weeks after the procedure I get a bill from them for the cost of the deductible. When I call them to tell them I’ve already paid and provide them with the receipt, they claim they have no record of my payment. Even with the receipt and bank statement they claim they don’t have any record of me paying them over 600.

DOCTORS ARE WONDERFUL THERE...BUT PLEASE GET A NEW OFFICE MANAGER, OR WHATEVER IT TAKES TO MAKE THE OFFICE END OF IT RUN SMOOTHLY.
