They have left much to be desired. Customer service department is not clearly connected to the resting the company. I canceled a “protection plan” for my furnace and still was billed for it several months later. They also send someone to fill up my oil tank once a month. I’ve refused delivers over the phone but they keep coming to deliver 50-80 gallons at a time. I canceled the service and they still came back to driver again and were in and out before we could refuse the delivery. That could speak well to their speed and efficiency or poorly about respecting the wishes of their customers or former customers. Called to cancel services again and the loyalty department was too busy to take my call... so I’m clearly not the only person unhappy with services received.

While our scheduled delivery was missed we were happy to have quick and efficient service to get our heat up and running. A huge shout out to Eddie for his informative and helpful guidance, they are lucky to have this guy.
I got home after 7:00 pm Friday evening to a furnace making an odd noise and the smell of fuel oil. I turned my system off and called for a service call. I was told someone would be out between 10:30 pm and 1:30 am. I received a call @ 9:30 stating that they need to reschedule my call due to many emergency calls of people without heat I replied I don't have any heat either. I was told sorry but we need to reschedule. OK can I get someone first thing tomorrow morning? Yes, I will have someone there between 8:00 and 9:00 am. 10:00 comes around still no one, I call back and find out my service call was pushed because they had to go to someone with a water leak. I was then told someone would be out between 12:00 and 3:00 pm it's now 2:00 pm and still no technician or heat at my place. Not only don't I have heat but have missed a day of work sitting here waiting on a technician, if they would have told me they wouldn't have been here until later in the day I could have at least gone to work, made money and been warm.
Fast turnaround for a new account. Fast delivery when we ran out of oil due to our old provider not showing up. Good pricing options.
I like using leffler energy. I just booked an appointment for my furnace cleaning and I got an appointment in a week. The service professional was on time an efficient and left the area clean. We got a detailed evaluation of our furnace efficiency and services provided. I am feeling confident that I will have no problems heating my house this winter.
