From start to finish, an exceptional experience. Ryan and Ian came to my home to remove an old dinosaur of a water softer and replaced it with a state of the art carbon system. They called to give me a 15 minute \heads-up\, and were so polite. They took the time to explain all the functions to me and tips on what to do and not to do. They removed the old system, and left the space cleaner than it had been! They also took the time to carry the extra salt we had been temporarily storing on our porch downstairs. way above and beyond and entirely unnecessary and unexpected. They clearly know how to do their jobs well, and take pride in their work. 5 stars, Would use again, Absolutely would recommend to a friend!

Awesome job. Replaced my old water softener that came with the house . Very responsive. Good pricing. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. Salesmen Matt was on point and actually listen to the needs of my house and came with the right product to start with. Logan and Tristen had the old one removed and new installed in no time. Showed me everything and explain the app. Overall very professional company would definitely recommend hiring them.

I rarely write reviews, but had to jump on and sing Miller & Sons praises. Matt Stevenson and his team can be summed up with two words: professional and responsive. They were nothing short of respectful in our home! We have been very pleased with the water softener system they installed. We also signed up for the biannual HVAC system check up and have been very impressed by the professionalism and expertise of the technicians on the team.
