Joshua was and is the epitome of what customer service should be; relocating after 24 years over 130 miles one way, Joshua really did put our minds at ease because we haven't found our permanent residence ,we're living with family, he showed compassion and really seemed to genuinely care. I would like to commend the outstanding management and staff at this location. I was a recent tenant of several years and must say my experience was truly AMAZING! I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and have never experienced such professionalism, caring and exceptional service. I would like to extend a VERY SPECIAL thanks to LINDA she is a true and valuable asset to this company!! She has been an Angel not only with her professionalism but her caring, down to earth and graceful personality. You can hear her Smile through the phone with just the simple courtesy call but with care just to see how your day is going! I moved from the city a few years ago and the staff maintained wonderful communication and assisted me long distance with any/all issues or concern that came about and made sure I understood everything and for that I SAY THANK YOU-THANK YOU-THANK YOU!!!! I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a AMAZING storage facility in the area. You can count on a wonderful & friendly staff, open communication, caring and professionalism every step of the way, and a safe and clean facility for your belongings.
