Good work schedule good benefits as well. Laid back work environment can listen to your ear buds as well. Managers never neck breath, small company so you wear many hats during the day but Its good for building your resume up. Pay doesnt match job titles , small family company so not much room for growth. Women are not given equal opportunity for machine jobs really have to push people to get what you want and thats behind for 2020. Not good at following through with promises , will promise an arm and a leg and you wont get anything in a timely fashion. Will make you feel loved and cared for on a personal level which is a very rare thing anymore. You will have lots of good days and lots of bad days both at this company. I have no regrets due to how much I learned. This company will take people back who get fired but wont take people back who quit on their own accord for good reasons. That seems very backwards to me it should be flipped to be honest. Complicated bittersweet thoughts on the company as a whole. Wish them all the best and hope they get more on board with equal treatment for women and men and learn from past mistakes for a brighter future.
