Very fun and worthwhile until after bouncing. The bouncing was very fun for my 3 year old, 7 year old, 9 year old, and me. Completely awesome. The major turn off was: we were to have fun for an hour and a half, then get our pizza that was to be ready at 2. That went to someone else. No biggie, that's not the problem. Things happen. Standing up eating your food is the part I'm not down with. The SAME people were still sitting at every table, consuming every spot to eat as when I walked in the place 2 hours earlier. They've been done eating for 2 hours and they're still using every table. I blame this on the company. People will do what you allow. There should be some type of rule here stating, we only provide 10 tables for tons of people. When your done eating, give another party a chance to enjoy there day. I try not to complain, but 8 of us with 8 drinks and pizzas standing wasn't fun. Everything else was awesome and I'm glad this happened at the end of us being there.

Fun place to go for kids over 3 or 4 all the way to adults. There is not too much that toddlers can do here. Not too impressed with some of the cleanliness as I found gum and other trash in the facility. Trash cans at the outside entrance were overflowing and trash was lying all around the parking lot. Other than that it was a blast.
If you are looking for a fun place to take young and older kids too and enjoy yourself as well, this is the place. There are multiple areas for the entire family to enjoy. They even have massage chairs for parents to relax in while their kids jump to their little hearts content, they also have a few arcade games as well. We thoroughly enjoyed Sky Zone and will definitely be returning.
Always a fun place for the kids to burn steam in the winter months. Plenty of different zones to keep them entertained as well.
I do love the idea of these trampoline parks. They’re great, I’ve brought my kiddos here several times. There is just something about this location that could be better, WAY better. Something about the layout as soon as you walk in (people milling about everywhere) everything just feels unorganized, the layout, the lockers, the arcade area etc. Checking in has always gone pretty smoothly but from there I never seem to be able to find a competent employee. (Most of the ones out on the park are good) The food counter/ordering are or something needs to be bigger and better. Half of the time you walk up and no one is there and you have to just make eye contact with an employee and hope they can help you. I was there Friday and yes they were busy, but it was all just confusing. We ordered food, two different orders and they gave us two numbers. No one told us if they’d bring it out or if we should wait for our order. And I don’t really recall hearing them call numbers out loud or anything. And also The food counter is tricky to stand and wait at because in a walkway and right in front of the bathrooms. So it doesn’t lend to standing around and waiting. We sit down. I get my food and have to dash around after my two year old. A half hour passes and it’s time to leave. My daughters still hadn’t gotten their food. Despite being up to the counter to tell them our order number and what we were waiting for. They said yes it’s being made. Still didn’t tell us if we should wait at the counter or not. Anyway, it resulted in us paying for and getting cold food on our way out the door that my kids never ending up eating. Just sucks to waste money!!
If you go on weekdays early, it's not too crowded. I have a 2.5 year old and we go to the back and play in the bounce palace area where it's like a huge bouncy castle with slides and stuff. I go in with him and we play and runs around. He loves it. I try to avoid weekends so he doesn't get run over at his age.
I recommend everyone to go and enjoy. Its fun. More than you think in your mind. Properly managed too. Specially 7 to 9 lights off.
The Sky Zone team at the Lancaster location are awesome caring people. They went out of their way to cheer my little boy up when no one showed up for his party and he was so sad. By the time we were leaving he was back smiling again. Thank you Sky Zone.
