There equipment is never working the lady in the office is rude very disrespectful and should be fired. They also shut down early website time say close at 5 but they stop customer service at 4:30 even at 4:20 they still act like your bothering them to get a tank refill. I will never spend my money with them a again.

Literally the most unprofessional and rude business in Lancaster. Don't waste your time even going.
I'd give no stars if possible. Save your time and just go to another fill location. Their fill times change like the wind blows, their equipment is usually down and the lady in the office really makes it feel like you are a major inconvenience to her. Not sure how this place stays open.......
Last 3 attempts to fill have been failures. Staff very unprofessional. 1 time no one to fill cylinder Next time only one to fill cylinder has vertigo today I get there 10 minutes past fill time. Need lessons on how to serve public.
We have GAS LOGS that we purchased from Southern Propane in Lancaster SC, and we regularly pay for propane that we also purchase from Southern Propane. We are needing service on our gas logs that Southern Propane in Lancaster SC installed and we have called and went by their office numerous times and they take my number and say they will have someone call but never do. I would not purchase from this company is my recommendation. To buy something from a company and they not service it after the sale is poor customer service in my opinion.
