Gabe and the crew at Specialty's service garage are great. I had a couple of warranty fixes and they handled everything great. No back and forth, they looked at the problems, said they would be covered and did the work. Repairs were done the right way, no short cuts. Will definitely take the trailer back to them in the future.

Great people, very helpful Dan was our salesperson person who did a great job showing us the camper and Nick did our walkthrough, which was very informative this was our first brand new camper. The only complaint I have is there's a lot of little things that should have been noticed when it was being prepped for us to come to our walkthrough, that I didn't know about until we took it camping two days after I got it found out the refrigerator don't work right and im sure the problems are from the manufacturer the cover for the front window wasn't made correctly and will not Snap-on and the holes in the floor for wiring run through are drilled about an inch and a half too big a diameter and nothing was put in the holes to stop outside Critters from getting in.also several bolts that hold the window in the slide out appear to have been over torqued and the heads are broke off.. Had to make an appointment to get it in to get it fixed I'm just hoping I don't have to leave it at the beginning of camping season, once again I don't feel that it was specialty RV fault I think it was a manufacturer taking shortcuts. But we will see how it goes on the repairs

We went down to Specialty RV’s Canal Winchester location to look at an older folding camper. My wife had made it quite clear to me that she wasn’t interested in owning another pop-up, but while open-minded, I knew it was the more affordable choice for our weekend events (we do not spend the entire warm season living in the camper like some folks do). So after looking at the trailer went down to see, she begged to look at small bunkhouse units, abs we opted to look at a two year old Cherokee Wolf Pup 16BHS which was a model on our shortlist of travel trailers if we opted to actually finance a newer camper. The finance and sales teams were very patient with us despite the unseasonably cold temperatures we were viewing these campers at. The temperature was about 17F and Griff was completely supportive, he patiently waited outside of the campers to let my wife and I discuss what we liked about all of the options in each of the three campers we requested without complaint. My wife fell in love with the Wolf Pup, it was just as wonderful in person as it had appeared online and straight way said that was the one she wanted. The finance team worked on getting financing done and we ended up completing the process in a single day. I highly recommend Specialty RV, if I didn’t live so far away we would probably take our rig to them for all of its serving too!

Servicemen came out to my aunt and uncle's to fix my trailer and my cousin and uncle said that he was very professional and very fast and I appreciate that very much.
