They picked up my bedridden mother for her doctor appointments. They were gentle and so nice. They have some great people working for them!!!!

We already have AMR in the area, we don't need them around this area!

In these past 4 years of my employment I’ve been so blessed with the management here, they’re all so understanding and flexible with schedules. I was able to go back to school, actually get days off that I needed and work with the partners I enjoy. To give West Coast 5 stars means it’s perfect and it’s not. But honestly no company is 100% perfect. Everyone knows about the buy out back in 2016 and ever since then things have just gotten so much better. Everyone used to be warned about West Coast and talked down on the company. But now how things have changed. We meet our ETAs, crews are held to a higher standard, communication across the board has improved and the ratio of calls a crew averages a shift has evened out. I never would’ve guessed or imagined this type of growth or change for West Coast. But it happened and it’s still happening! I’m glad I get to be a part of this change. I really can say I love my job here at west coast ambulance and all the opportunities I’ve had to grow here. I would recommend family and friends to use our services or to work here 100%.
