Best dealership I've been to in my probably short, ten year experience I have buying vehicles, Hunter Guzman was straight, honest and attentive from the moment he replied to my very first emails, even giving me some tips here and there. Not a moment I was disappointed nor felt pressure or lied to. financial service manager Eric Sabre was also transparent, super patient and very very helpful with the contract. I travel from Nevada for this purchase, and couldn't be happier with the experience and our new vehicle. Although I cannot speak for the main make and models they sell (Land Rover), since my purchase was a Hyundai. I realize everyone has a different story / experience when it comes to customer service, most people only write bad reviews etc. I have to say my experience at Land Rover Auto Nation, was the best after sales I have had in my life. I worked with Peter, who was exceptional. Communicated well, was extremely fast and a delight to work with to service my Velar. But that is on the front line . I don't know what the mechanic did, but my car drives the best it has ever driven. I bought it brand new and it's now 2 years old. It's like i have a new car only it's better than the new car i got. Weird. Any way, Auto Nation literally restored my love of Land Rover, I was switching out to get a Tesla, but now I have found them I am staying in the Land Rover family. (I had a bad experience with Land Rover Pasadena) Buying a car you like is one thing, you have to have a good after sales team too and Auto nation has that. Thank you!
