This was my first experience with Land Rover. Rob went above and beyond to drive the Discovery I bought half way just to test drive it and even came in on his day off to see my sale through. I had a small problem with my 2020 Range Rover Sport, requiring me to get just a few clips for a bottom skid plate, nothing major at all. I went in without calling ahead or anything and the service advisor, Marco Alonso was a huge help. He got together with the service desk, figuring out which clips I needed, and I was on my way within 5 minutes of arriving there. Awesome staff, and great service. Thank you again Marco!

This is my third Land Rover vehicle and the Lake Bluff dealership has always provided excellent service with top notch professionalism. Last week I purchased a Velar through Jack Iberle who made the purchase seamless. He was informative, patient, kind, and I never felt pressured. After my purchase, my wife and I were directed to Cole Syslo who went through all of the technology on the car. He sat with my wife and went screen by screen, button by button and explained each detail of the car. He was extremely patient, friendly, and was happily offered to help with any questions we have in the future. Overall, a very easy experience and we are thrilled with our new car!
