All I have to say is this was the best experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been Thur so many cars and trucks in the past years and this was by far the best car buying experience I’ve had. Working with Tom Rondello was an absolute pleasure. He found me the car I was looking for in a matter of minutes. Their was no pressure to buy, but he was always available with the right answers if I had questions. I started looking for a car on Saturday evening and it was parked in front of my house buy Tuesday. Great Price. Great Service. Great Salesman. The purchasing experience was smooth ... but that's where it ended unfortunately. It's now been a month and still no registration / plates and my temp tag is about to expire. I have emailed multiple people and called (only getting voicemail) to try and get an ETA on when the plates will come in because I don't want my Range Rover to be sitting around unable to be driven because of expired tags! After reaching out several times I was told it was DMV backlog ... but I bought another car and the dealer had my plates to me in less than two weeks, when I told them that, they told me instead that it was backlog on their side ... so I asked again when I can expect to get the plates ... no answer. I then reached out to someone else who said they would check for me ... then I was told it's backlog with the 'Accounting Dept' but they would let my salesperson know that I reached out. Two days and NOTHING again. I called for a Manager today and got a voicemail. I cannot seem to get any answer from this dealer and no one seems to care AT ALL. I have gotten better service from Chevy dealers ... really, Land Rover??? This could easily be a 5 star review if you would COMMUNICATE with your customers and show that you care. UPDATE: after reaching out to the GM, Bill, per his response to this ... I received very prompt and courteous service from himself and Peter (Sales Mgr.). It is a shame that it took so much to get here but I do appreciate these gentlemen jumping on this and making it right. Thank you Bill, Pete.

Couldn’t be more disappointed. I made the mistake of thinking a simple, straightforward end of lease buyout at a high end dealership would be handled with transparency and honesty. What I experienced was a barley competent sales person lead by a deceptive, shady management team that knowingly failed to disclose information like the cliche, low level used car salesman they in fact are. Trust nothing said and read every detail before signing (thankfully I did). Better yet, save yourself the struggle and take your business anywhere else. The pizza the management had for lunch was more important than my business.
