I had a poor buying experience with my local Land Rover dealership here in Austin so I looked online at other markets. I sent an email that evening, and the next morning David Brewer responded to me early AM. This began the best car buying experience of my life. He communicated clearly, and got me all the paperwork we needed to proceed so that when I arrived at the dealership I was in and out in less than three hours. I absolutely would purchase another car here, and my experience with David was incredible. This was a rare experience that I believe to be the norm at this dealership.

Beware of buying or leasing here, especially minority customers. This store will sweet talk you to sell you a car. Once there are issues they give you the run around. They say they’ll call you back and don’t. They say anything to get you to sign but once you’re off the lot forget about it. Specifically Steven , Jose , “Chuck”supposedly the manager who has yet to return my call. We spent a lot of money and shouldn’t be given the run around. And to whomever writes the responses, don’t give me your templated response to call the main number. I have done that and nobody will call me back. Steven and Jose have my number just let them call me so we can fix my car issue. Could this poor treatment be because of our African background?

We purchased a new Defender from LR West Houston. Really nice facility, friendly staff and the process went smoothly. No hidden 'dealer added options' which was refreshing to see. They were also open to negotiating the value of my trade which sealed the deal. Recommended.

The Land Rover service department at this location has their stuff together. My service advisor, Jose Boscan, is responsive and communicative. He listens well and makes sure my Range Rover Sport is getting the highest quality of service. Making an appointment, getting my car serviced, and vehicle loaner service has only been a breeze. Kudos to a well run business. You guys have earned me as a customer and any of my future vehicle needs.
