Gloria Jean Koter has absolute terrible customer service, she is condescending and has no patience- she gives excuses for her “unprofessional” behavior and tries to explain it’s part of her “personality.” Customers seem to be an annoyance to her. I would recommend going with a different land surveyor company if you want accurate information and someone who cares/has respect for their company and clients. A plat survey should be an exact science- not something you guess numbers on, properties don’t usually just “shrink.”

My go to surveyor and preferred vendor for all survey and engineering services . Jean and her team are top notch! I go to LSs for advice and assistance, often times on short notice or at late hours because they are reliable, knowledgeable professional and prompt. As a real estate attorney myself, I am always pleased when I see LSS's name on a survey that I received. I highly recommend Jean and LSS!
