The team from Land Surveyors Inc just finished a survey of our property. It's a difficult property with some dense brush and many drastic changes in elevation. They insisted on precision and came out three times to perfect every measurement before they set pins. I'm very impressed with their work but what impressed me the most was the people. They spent lots of time explaining everything to our inquisitive children and to my wife and I. They answered all of our many questions. They were thorough, polite, patient and kind. We learned a lot and now we have confident boundaries for our home.

After calling 4 different surveyors within the area, these people returned my call within a day, wrote up a detailed estimation that was guaranteed not to exceed the amount estimated. The crew came out the days I requested, watched them stake in my property lines and they gave me a couple extra line stakes for distance over a hill. These people are great I would highly recommend to anyone within Butler County area.
They did my neighbor’s property and were walking through my yard but never once identified themselves to me, but they did to my other neighbor on the other side of me. I asked a couple questions and they were vague or just didn’t answer the questions. One of them whipped a tape measure which hit my vehicle and I saw it. He never apologized but gazed at me like it was my fault. I informed them of a marker they put up for another neighbor, which one responded, they don’t need it but when I walked away, they went to it. Completely rude, unprofessional

Fair pricing. Job was done in a very timely manner. The guys that came to our property were very informative and took the time to explain everything which was very helpful. Cheryl definitely kept you informed on the entire process. Definitely recommend.
