Today, I went to go get COVID tested at Patient First in Landover Hills, I was amazed how safe/friendly they were. However, the person who registered me was not as outgoing as the rest of the staff. I waited less than twenty minutes so that was good. I loved the energy of the nurse who actual took conducted my COVID test. My overall experience was great and I would highly recommend it. Thank you essential workers at Patient First in Landover Hill. Please be safe and may GOD continue to protect and keep you all. Erica :)

They checked us in under the wrong name and I did not like the service or tone of Dr Nguyen (Winn) (spellcheck). Very rude and condescending. I do not recommend this patient first. I left feeling like the doctor was very insensitive and rude, actually. We will never return. Maybe the other doctors are nicer, but this one ruined the experience completely.

I had an overall nice time during my brief visit to this PF location. As with other times, I was very pleased with my wait time from check in to finish. The staff are always courteous and professional and this time, my testing administration was less painful than how I remembered in previous non PF settings. I am very grateful to have this local PF as the most convenient option for urgent care.

Wonderful and experience medical customer service place is clean warm and welcome, and their turnaround time is better and more accurate than going to a hospital emergency room and be there waiting in vain forever to die before somebody comes and give you help our service. I would rather go to Patient First keep up the good work guys

Everybody was friendly and the wait time was quick and sufficient. My nurse was amazing she made me so comfortable. My nurse that signed me in was awesome as well. Great service.
