Took my GRE there. Staff was kind and organized. They were strict about mask wearing and other covid-safety measures. My testing area was disinfected just seconds after I finished and walked away. If you need to take an exam, this is probably the best place.

I have taken Prometric tests at 2 other sites previously. This center was incredibly disappointing. I sat cross legged, as I do for every test and as I have for the past 4 Prometric tests I have taken. I was stopped multiple times during my test (a timed test) and reprimanded for sitting incorrectly by a rude woman with a gap between her front teeth. She would not allow me to continue until both feet were on the ground-- during a timed test! Evidently, at this center you are not allowed to sit comfortably and will be disciplined by sacrificing time from the test you prepared for and paid for! Another factor is that there is one bathroom in the hallway that is locked and you must wait in a line in order to get the key from the desk. This can really kill a lot of test time too. I have always had a positive Prometric experience prior to today. Luckily, my test today was pass/fail so it did not matter to me as much (and I passed!!). However, I could not imagine taking a test that would determine the trajectory of my life at this center specifically. If you are planning on taking your MCAT, DAT, or OAT at this center, don't. Take the extra 45 minutes to drive to another center with better staff.
Staff at the test center were extremely welcome and friendly. The center strictly abided by policy to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and made everyone feel safe. The facility was very nice, with water cooler in the check-in area. Overall a smooth experience. Highly recommended!
