Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The store was very neat and clean. I had 3 online returns which were processed very quickly. I will definitely be shopping here a lot in the future.
Not a very friendly place, staff are cold , and look at you like you don't belong here. I felt very uneasy at this store.
Saw around 8 associates Sunday morning, even fewer customers, not a single one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help finding something. I did need help, couldn't find what I was looking for, so I left.

Wow! I found this location to do a return from online. I was impressed with the selection. The location caters to both online and brick & mortar. Wise move by Lands End. Will shop there again. Polite & helpful staff.
