We went to Landsberg to begin looking at wedding bands for my fiancé. The experience we had was phenomenal! Each and every person in the store took the time to greet us and even each participated in helping us. They are all extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We ended up buying two rings! I highly recommend this jewelry store for any of your jewelry needs!

Unbelievably positive experience at Landsberg. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming and accommodating. I brought my ring in for sizing and repair - all was done perfectly and in the time span promised. My fiance and I were so pleased with our experience that we plan on making Landsberg our jewelers from now on. I cannot say enough about their professionalism as well as the warmth of their entire staff.
I went to Landsberg to have my wedding rings reset using small diamonds and baguettes from my mothers jewelry. I had so many different sized baguettes I didnt even think there was anything we could do with them. Susan sat with me on multiple occasions showing me ideas. I now have two beautiful matching bands and an amazing new setting for my engagement ring. They came out so much nicer then I envisioned. Susan and Jeff were so easy to work with and they turned it around in just a few weeks.
Landsberg Jewelers is a beautiful family run business and have always treated me and my family as if we are a part of theirs! They have been more than generous with my repairs and custom designs, all of which I am so so happy with. What a special store with people who have honestly the best interest of their customers.
The most unprofessional and simply unethical! Be very careful and I strongly suggest not doing business with them. After purchasing a ring from them that had a defect and the side small diamond kept falling, they said that they will fix it at no charge. They also made an unnecessary change that I did not request and would not give me back my ring unless I paid not only for the repair (that they were supposed to cover as it was a defect in the ring design that they agreed to repair), but also charged me for the change I did not request (and had not agreed to it). Yes. They basically held my ring “hostage” until I paid whatever they said I had to pay!!!! Be very careful. Its a shame that the reputation of the father is destroyed by an unethical son. Shame on second generation! I never expected a free repair and when I dropped it off the salesperson said that it would be 50 if I didn't buy it there but free because I bought it there. I would have gladly paid for any repairs! When picked it up the owner changed his mind and asked for 135 (was supposed to be free). Very disappointing that what was a trustworthy store is now stealing from clients (and really threatened to keep my ring unless I paid the 135). Save your headache and go to a serious place!
