I know I’m not a woman, but I just spent approximately 10 minutes walking around your store and not one sales consultant welcomed me or asked if I needed assistance. I was shopping for my mother. Believe me...I will not be returning to your rudeness.

I had an excellent experience today at Lane Bryant. I walked in and immediately Taylor was very attentive. She asked lots of questions to narrow down my options and find the exact right fit (I was bra shopping and we all know how frustrating that can be). She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I am a difficult size to find and they helped me special order what I couldn't find in store. I will definitely be back!
I Ordered a bathing suit that was suppose to be a 5x and 44dd and when i went to pick it up they sent like a 18/20 and 32dd and when i went to return it they told me it was my fault maybe next time i should look at what i am doing and then just gave me a 10.00 gift card
I usually enjoy going to my local store. Today, however, it was not fun. Three ladies were working today. No one greeted my when I came in. No one offered to help me. No one helped me check to see if a dressing room was open. When I asked they just pointed in the general direction with a mumbled "last one" . As I was leaving though another woman came in and the encounter was entirely different. The store was nice. The people, not so much.

First time in Lane Bryant Owasso today shopping for undergarments for my dress I am wearing at my daughter's wedding tomorrow. I will definitely be back! Taylor was the best sales associate with amazing customer service skills!!!
