What a great store! The folks here are super helpful and friendly. I went on a shopping spree here the other day, and their clearance section was amazing. Got LOADS of gorgeous new clothes for next to nothing. Super pleased!
Friendly and helpful staff as usual. I always feel welcome at Lane Bryant. The clothes themselves are hit and miss. While there are the occasional great finds, a lot of the clothes are casual and sometimes seem quickly and cheaply made. It's also a challenge to find a variety of items suitable for professional attire. One advantage the store has is the ability to order from a wider range of items online, have them shipped to the store for free, and return them right there if they don't fit (or you don't like them.)
I think they have the very koolest clothes ever at the mall and ONLINE. I signed up for email and got in on HALF PRICE DAY. I shopped 2/3 Clearance from clicking my email. I got GREAT DEALS..some tops were just 7. Mail was great. It arrived quickly and just what I expected. Great service ONLINE and IN STORE the ppl they hire are SUPER FRIENDLY.
Fabulous clothes for plus size ladies with a wide selection of sizes. Whenever I have shopped there the staff has always been courteous and very helpful.

I enjoy this store. They have a team member by the name of Wendy who is simply fantastic! This place might seem pricey but with their coupons and rewards they are very reasonable.
Customer service with Brandy was above and beyond. She was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Bra shopping is a very personal deal and her professionalism made it comfortable. Will definetly be back!
