I used to work for this company at this location and am seriously disappointed at what it has become after my visit over this weekend. I left without purchase, partially over being ignored by both sales associates working, but also over the multiple non-mask wearing shoppers who ignored the posted sign requiring a mask to enter. Not 1 associate even acknowledged my existence. The 2 that were working kept gossiping among themselves. I am pretty disgusted over my experience. And this is how I feel after visiting the store on a Sunday and it is now Wednesday. May need to find a different location to shop or a different brand altogether. Their bra quality is already down over the last few years where I now shop elsewhere for my bras( and I used to love them as any of my former coworkers will attest). This may have been my turning point.

I don't find styles I like at this location, and Lane Bryant prices are high. Staff is fine, store is clean. It's not a terrible place, but is always a "last ditch effort" option.

I have only ordered from their website and they offer very good products for fluffy ladies in a wide variety of sizes. Measurement chart is accurate and the fabric quality is very good. Will definitely purchase from them again
