I had the BEST experience at this Lane Bryant!!! I ordered some bras online through the Lane Bryant website, but found that they didn't fit me right. I was able to return my items to the store and had the best customer service experience! Ms. Shaletha helped me find some bras that fit and made sure that I was completely satisfied with them before purchase. If you have trouble finding bras that fit, I would highly recommend giving this store a try. They are wonderful!!!

They aren't friendly here. Since the outlet closed; my only choices are Trussville or the Galleria. The one girl on the floor just looked at me up and down, and gave me a weak, "hi, how you doin", then walked away. I just started a new job and needed help finding a new bra. Ok, big missed opportunity for that and some clothes. I guess I'll just stick to ordering online since nothing's changed in this location since the last time I was there 2 years ago.
