The associates were SO NICE and attentive. I came in to exchange a pair of jeans I bought online that didn’t quite fit how I imagined. The ones I was exchanging them for were a little pricier, and to be honest I’m not 100% sure why, but she price matched them for me! Maybe they were on a sale and I didn’t realize. Anyways, nice ladies working here!!!

The sales associates are really kind however their supervisor or manager needs to humble themselves both times I have dealt with her-the gal with the pink hair she has made snap judgments and was very impatient and unwilling to help with Lane Bryant card issues. I truly don’t like how she handled me and my purchases both times. I won’t be going back. Sadly that means I either have to drive further out or take my plus size shopping to the internet and possibly not shop Lane Bryant any longer. Hope this helps you decide whether or not you wanna shop here. Thanks.
