My mother has been going here to get her braces fixed and every time there’s something else wrong with them. She can’t walk or even have any form of life without her braces. The braces he gave her were a foot different in length. So he took them back to fix. She got them back and they tore apart her skin to where she had major sores and open wounds. She brings them back again ...now it’s been two years of this. She’s still waiting for them to get the braces back to her. It’s been two years that he can’t get this right. I’m not sure if he doesn’t care or just brushes things off bc they aren’t happening to him. I am completely NOT OK with how he runs his business and treats his customers that see him for a major reason.
