If you are in need of a car, the service woman Dawn is definitely your go to person. She was easily the nicest and most helpful dealer I have ever spoken to, and made the experience really enjoyable and fun. She was more than accommodating and gave me a great deal, definitely go for Dawn.

Stay away. After a few times of bringing my car in so far I’ve gotten scratches on the car, misdiagnosis, rude treatment. If you are buying a car they are nice but their service department needs to work on having a better customer service. Please if you bring your car here take pictures like you do we a uhaul.

Stopped by McCafferty Ford a few weeks ago and bought a car. Madison Kelsey was the guy who took care of me when I first came in, and he was great. Drove a few, went over some options, ended up getting the car, and since then he's followed up and made sure I was happy with what I got. Great experience and I'm thrilled with my purchase
Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I came to this dealership because it was close to my home and they had a lot of commercial vehicle. I was looking to finance a 2015 ford transit 250. I talked to a sales associate Isai, who took my information and sent me home to wait on a decision from the bank. I went there on a Wednesday and it has been three days and still no one has given me a call to tell me what is going on. When I call the dealership I get the run around. Do not recommend this dealer. I work on cars for a living, and I would prefer if you need a commercial vehicle for you business. Go to Echelon Ford located in New Jersey. They treat every customer the same, (with respect) and you get a answer on your status before you leave the dealership. Hope this helps anyone who does not like the typical dealership run arounds.
