I called and he answered the phone \hello\ then he paused. I said hello and and they he responded \yeah\. I asked if this was All star medical transport and he give me another quick \yeah\. I said never mind, you can't even answer the phone in a professional manner.

He wouldn't give me a quote for his services. He said it cost money. I asked him how much he said don't worry about it, just set up a ride. I said \but I don't know how much you cost.\ He said I don't give out quotes. I'm confused as hell. Someone go shut this place down please!

My reservation was round trip. On the return trip they had me waiting over an hour and half. The driver was rude, and told me I was not the only one that needed a ride. He acted like he was doing me a favor not a paying customer. During my wait I called the main number to see if they could send someone else to pick me up. No answer, I left a message and no returned my call. The appointment was early in the morning for medical test and I could not eat before hand so I was stranded in a wheelchair and extremely hungry. The commute itself was barely 30 minutes, my doctor's appointment was only 45 minutes, then I had to wait 90 mins just to be picked up. The drive itself was very rough. I do not recommend this company.
