Almost everything about my experience could have been improved. I needed an oil change and the lock mechanism in my trunk replaced. I said this when making the appointment. When I got there, they wanted to charge me double the rate I saw online (100 for an old, simple Focus versus the 49.95 for the works). I had to pull up the coupon; I've never had to do that at any other Ford Dealership after owning the car for a decade! Next when it came to the trunk; clearly no one talks to one another; I assumed co-workers talked about work. Clearly, no information was shared, and they \diagnosed\ my problem as a broken lock mechanism on the trunk. Congrats for telling me what I told you and charging me 200 for the pleasure. The real fun of this visit was that not only did you only charge me the diagnostic fee for something I had diagnosed, you then made the situation worse during the diagnosis so that the trunk won't even close now. You have backed me into a corner of needing a repair you quoted me nearly a 1k to fix. No thanks. When I brought the deteriorated condition of my car to your attention, you treated me like I was an idiot and did not listen to me. You made me drive all the way out there and wouldn't even let me see a mechanic. So you tried to over-charge me, you made my car worse, and ruined a Saturday. I'll not be back.

A lil slower than the normal this time around but I always get good customer service. I went for an oil change and showed up early hoping to get done quickly. I just ended up sitting longer, so the longer wait was probably my fault.

I CAME in to this dealership for a recall on my ford ranger on the airbags. when I was I work the gps that I have installed in my truck told me that there was trip in process and when I look on my phone the gps was telling that the truck was across the street from the dealership at McDonald's then they turn of the truck and were there for about 5 minutes and then they went back to the dealership and I have the proof of this. When I when to pick up my truck I ask they guy that gave me my keys if there was a road test perform on the truck and he told me there was no need for a road test because they only fix the airbags on the truck.. that's horrible that the employees are using people's car for personal use , I will never go here again.... and on top of that there was a scratch on the driver door that it wasn't there when I took my truck ..
