Bought my vehicle here over a year ago. It was easily the least stressful experience I have had with a dealership and the staff pulls out all the stops to make sure you are taken care of and happy. I go out of my way to make sure my vehicle is serviced here as well. Same applies, the staff honestly cares about the customer. Service is a priority for DARCARS. Highly recommend.

I always receive excellent service when I bring my car in for service. Thanks to everyone in the service department the sales department for always making sure I'm comfortable and have what I need during my wait. I also want to thank the actual service workers (the ones working on my vehicle).

Quality of service during the pandemic may not be fair to review, but came out of there after three hours of waiting to find out a month later that they disabled at least one of my brake lights.. I went in the trunk of my car and noticed the bulb on one side was broken and the socket and wires were hanging out on the other side. The checklist they gave me indicated everything was fine. I knew that one of my brake lights was out before I went in and asked them to fix it but because I was waiting a long time told them to forget it. When I went in again to address brake lights and head lights, I mentioned again how they left my lights and the rep seemed to not believe what I was telling him. I waited again to have them replace my brake and head lights, after two plus hours of waiting, they tell me they don't have brake lights, change only one of the headlights when I said to change them both and charged my 75. I didn't explode but the rep could see what I was feeling from my expression. And once again the checklist had everything on the list checked off as working. Though I had success with this location in prior years, decided at that time to give this location a break from my business. Hope the other location won't disappoint.
