We have used this service two times in the last 3 months. Both times the pre-arranged outgoing service has been punctual and the driver friendly and helpful. BUT the service going back has NOT been good. Both times it has required several calls and over an hour and fifteen minutes waiting before the arrival of the van. We will inform the Assisted Living facility to not us this service in the future.
