Great customer service. Price for alarm/remote start system was even 100 cheaper than local competitor. Walk-in only, got there when they opened (10am), pulled my car in at 1015 and I was out by 130pm. Love this Compustar system!

What a disappointment! Before arriving at this location, I called to inquire about the product I needed to be installed. I was told they have the system over the phone. After taking a couple hours off work, I arrive only to find out I was lied to. Honesty goes a long way with building a good relationship with customers. It also shows professionalism. This place lacks professionalism and quality.

I took two of my car to them. They are very professional and answer any questions you might have. Plan to clear your schedule to get something installed but at the same time you cant rush professional work.
Having a pleasant experience when replacing factory speakers and horrible experience at Best Buy, Personal Touch Car & Audio was my first choice since new speakers from BB earned me free installation. I spoke with Iris over the phone and asked a lot of questions since Best Buy guy failed to be straightforward after new radio install (Don't go to BB for anything when it comes to car audio installation). Iris answered all my questions and listened to me vent and explain to me what I need to get the results I want. It was a simple job for my steering wheel controls to connect w/the radio, but the experience was faster than expected, the entire team was professional, personable, and pleasant. This was a positive experience and should someone need a recommendation, I'd send them there.
