This delivery deserves a ZERO. The machine delivered today is used, nasty and downright disgusting. Is Nestle delivering COVID-filled machines? I requested a white machine. I will never by from Nestle EVER AGAIN. BJs should ban this company from advertising in its store.

Have had this service cancelled for over a year, but they are still charging my corporate credit card for 2 dispensers that were returned. I call every time and they say they will refund the charges but they simply give me an account credit, so my card is still charged and I'm given a credit I am obviously not going to use. I have done multiple chargebacks. I literally need to cancel my corporate credit card because they just keep charging it. I haven't got water from them in over 18 months now.

Terrible company. Terrible customer service. No surprise I come here to find such terrible reviews. So terrible, in fact, that I had to wait 30 minutes on hold to cancel service, only to have them continue to try to deliver to my home. Not a single email complaint responded to. Nestle should be ashamed.

If I could give them zero I would, this is the must pour customer services vendor I had experience, their support is terrible, their manager or supervisor are terrible. They over charge my CC and it has been almost a month and they still can simply do a refund!!!! A month!! Quick to over charge my card but slow to refund me. I found another vendor and they are much better. I’ll not recommend this company to anyone, if you can find crystal or any other vendor / company for You water please do, DO NOT USED READY.

People please don't use this company for nothing!!! The service is awful ordered water and never got it. And when I called about my order all they kept saying it was enroute, [enroute to where China? I was promised a 8 to 5 time slot and that time slot went out the window. Sorry company!!!!! And they don't deserve this one star but they won't let you submit without a star
