I dropped off a 24 roll of 35m camera film to be developed. Instead of getting prints, I'm having the pictures put on a flash drive, and then I'll decide what I want to print. They're one of the few legitimate players left who still process film. Most people go to a kiosk, and print their own pictures taken with a digital camera. I have an old school Pentax ME SE camera that uses film, and once developed can either have the pictures emailed to you, printed for you, negatives provided to you, or transferred to a flash drive for you to conveniently decide what to do at a later date.

Absolutely awesome. Brought my lenses in to be calibrated but ended up purchasing a new (used) camera body. Shane and the owner were super knowledgeable and kind and spent a lot of time with me explaining the new camera. A small family owned business that takes care of their customers. Will be back and will be referring my friends. Can’t go wrong with cardinal camera! Thanks guys!

Have been going to this store 5 years but the time has come to stop. After they botched my print there, twice, I asked Scott, the printing manager, to redo it. He refused to do so saying “he was not good enough”. I called the owner, Kurt, about the lack of patience and confidence from Scott and he was nothing short of rude and hung up on me. Absolutely zero regard for customer satisfaction. If you want your prints done, go elsewhere.
