Rented a dance floor from them which they loaded up for me. Gave very thorough instructions how to set it up and provided the gorilla tape for the seams. Pricing was very fair as well.

Absolute Junk! Rented an ice cream cart (reserved about 2 months in advance). Website states you should visit location to see actual cart due to looking slight different than photo on website. When I called to reserve the cart I asked the rep what was different from the photo on the website and he said they were slightly different in color but not much else. The cart i received was ridiculous. It looked like it went through a war zone. It was dirty, had a bunch of dents, and the actual freezer didn't fit on the cart. At pickup, I asked if there were any other carts available and he said it was the only one left because the others were already rented. I told him that cart should be retired and I couldn't believe they were charging 90 to rent it. He said \well it works\. He then asked if I still wanted to rent it and I said I frankly don't have any other options. I had to completely cover/wrap the cart to make it presentable. I spent 1 1/2 hours cutting foam boards to the shape of the cart and then taping the boards on 3 sides and the top. The freezer was wider than the cart so it didn't sit level and this made it difficult to open the top. What a joke. I wouldn't recommend renting anything for this business. Looking around the showroom you can see nearly every piece of equipment is in disrepair or beat up. They should be embarrassed to rent out that junk.
Do NOT trust this place. I rented an auger from them once and it didnt even work properly. The owner made excuses and didnt even offer to make it right. Despite that experience, i went to them again a month later for a stump grinder. Was given the run around and an employee told me one wasnt available and that he couldn't put me on a list to reserve one until it was returned. I asked how many stump grinders did they have all together and he said only one and that it was already 2 days past due so he wasn't sure if it was stolen or not. I called 2 days later and spoke to the owner and he said the guy lied to me. It was another 2 days later that i was able to get stump grinder and the one i got, the belt broke 2 hours in to my 4 hour rental. They gave me another one and it worked well. I never received a discount for my troubles. All this happened back in September. This is now November which is 2 months later and i received a charge on my card from them. It stated Debit: Signature. So, someone there is fraudulently using my card and charging it. I will be filing a police report in the morning. Attached with this review is a screenshot of that charge. Its only 5.48 but thats because that was the remaining balance i had on the card. It looks like they tried charging more than that but my bank only approved 5.48 as that was my available balance. Do NOT trust this place at all. Police will be getting involved for credit/debit card fraud.

Hes a weird dude check his basement listen to his voice he treated me weird all can say he was weirdly calm then agressive with my wife after i came in...weird..?
