I have seen Lansing Heights on the hillside during shopping trips with my sister. One day we decided to drive up to the property & give it a look. Love the townhomes, the amenities & the overall atmosphere of the property. Fast forward & I am now in the market to find my next home. Lansing is where I decided I want to live so the 1st place to come to mind was Lansing Heights. My contact person was Perla the property manager. She was so accommodating! We made an appointment, I arrived to the office on-site, and Perla greeted me with a friendly, professional & charming attitude. I told her what I needed, my time frame & she explained everything to me. Unfortunately, I needed to move quicker than when their next available townhome would be available. All that told me was the people that live there stay- that’s a good thing. I’m still interested in living there though.

Great place. Was prompt with me moving in and the application. Always told me and was aware of what was going on.
Looks like they keep deleting and hiding my review but ended up homeless while 9 months pregnant because they stuck me in a moldy unit that got me super sick. Wouldn’t assist with the move out process, just threw the money that I had given them back to me and told me I could leave and that they were sorry. Little did I know there was a major plumbing issue in this unit prior to me moving in. I had hired a mold inspector to come out and test the air quality while I was living there and it was some of the worst numbers he’d ever seen and told me to leave right away. So not only was I pregnant with no where to go but now super sick from living there for the month I did. Hate that someone else is most likely stuck in there now sick because they are careless and have ONE SINGLE maintenance man for the entire complex. Good luck
