Per my review of Gerry Sibanda at Spartan Toyota, my wife and I closed the deal on a pre-owned 2013 Lexus RX 350 Sport at Lexus of Lansing. Wow.. what a fantastic experience! We met with Tony Deck the Sales Manager & Misty Gautz the General Sales Manager to ink in the purchase agreement ect. Both were very professional, kind and explained the numbers and details very well to us. I have much experience at my age buying and trading in vehicles. This particular transaction was one of smoothest I've experienced to date! Hard to believe we were in and out of there in just two hours of which included a test drive and a trade in. We couldn't have been more pleased working with Tony and Misty! When my beautiful, well deserving wife is ready for another upgrade (it'll be awhile as she LOVES her RX Sport) hands down we'll straightaway do business with Lexus of Lansing.

everything went well. I called late in the day because a problem arose. They got me right in. My oil change was 40 cheaper than getting it at a Lexus dealer in Detroit. While waiting I had a great conversation with the dealership Manager. I was in and out in a very reasonable time. I Plan to time my oil changes/maintenance visits with my travel in and around Lansing.
