Actually this is his fiance. The place is unprofessional staff fighting with others. The new girl on every three to be exact occasions I have seen blood splattered everywhere in her care. I have spoken to a FLOYD and he doesn't take the time to listen. I gave caught him make faces when I need to speak to him. Yesterday they shut down cause none of the EMPLOYEEs came in. Today I called and asked him about what my pay will be I go faithfully Evey Friday and Saturday and it wasn't my fault I missed my second bonus. He said well there are other places I could of went o! Well I didn't know there were other branches the place needs a good ol training on Customer Service and the staff who answered should of told me that option. Place needs to be visited by state or maybe the higher ups who sit in there offices needs to pay attention to what goes on! Concerned.... Jessica Romero

Toni talks about your personal problems to her co workers. Toni was friends with my ex and she is telling people rumors about me and be lies.so i stopped going. Plus they gotten worst with the sticking. AND THEY WILL LIE AND SAY YOUR PROTEIN IS TOO HIGH IF YOU COME IN AT A CERTAIN TIME. THeyll turn you around and will not let you see your protein levels....AND THEYLL CHEAT YOU OUT YOUR MONEY 1st 5 is 50. they tried giving me 15 30 dollars and i had to check them
Worst place ever I would not recommend this place to anybody. Always understaffed with the employees moving with no purpose. The management is horrible and not helpful or friendly. It takes way to long for the process even if there are hardly any donors. You will sit in a donor chair for long time before they actually start doing anything.
Extremely slow, understaffed, unprofessional. On average, you'll be in this facility at least 3 hours and that's for the repeated donors. You'd be here for 90 minutes before you even get stuck to start the donation process..
