1/25/21 Staff is Terrible! Dnt shop here! Price hike during pandemic! Purchased handgun & waited 2 days to pick up. While doing final paperwork they sit gun on counter. Some guy the shop is familiar with picks up my gun & walks out of the store. After 5mins we notice gun is gone. We start freaking out. Shop looks at video sees guy take gun. Instead of calling police they call the guy on his cell phone & politely ask him to return gun. Guy comes strolling back in with the gun. THE SHOP ACTUALLY TRIED TO GIVE ME THIS GUN LIKE NOTHING WAS WRONG. Guy could have done anything to the firearm & here they are telling me its fine take the gun home. NO!!

I go there at least once a month after purchasing my AR-15 pistol. Cabelas used to be my go-to but screw them. I like the variety at Pelchers and they have all the neat rail mounts for my baby. And I recently took my daughter to the range and we had a blast, no pun intended lol. Niceknowledgeable staff, excellent variety and neat facility. I highly recommend them.

Service was quick. People were friendly. They're not chatty (quick to the point) which is appreciated. Last thing I want is an overbearing salesman. But they are knowledgeable and positive. I got my CZ when I was supposed to so I am happy. I will come back later to try out their range and check their ammo prices. Also, I am a Latino and did not feel out of place. It's very welcoming. I recommend it.
