There was a post by Kim yesterday about how “clean” the laundry room is and I walk into the laundry room to do laundry and walk into multiple Trashes over flowing, trash all over the floor, laundry in top of washers inside dryers and on the chairs we’re supposed to comfortably wait in til our laundry is done. I am going to the laundromat. Multiple calls to HR and visits to the office for maintenance repairs I been calling about for months now! DO NOT RENT HERE THE LOOKS ARE VERY DECEIVING AND DISCOURAGING. Communication from anyone is literally like pulling teeth. Office manager does what she can with what she gets. She isn’t horrible but could DEFINITELY do more.

Apartment is nice, clean and dog approved! Neighbors are friendly and helpful! Laundry facilities are easy to get to, clean, as well as very afforabable!
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone it's unsafe dirty and they let anyone move in this is a horrible place for kids management sucks don't bring your kids to this unsafe environment and if you have a job or kids that go to school better hope you have some neighbors that have brains because out here some don't seem to have them.
terrible place to live. literally every problem you could have with an apartment is here... you name it. connie is late everyday and needs to retire because she couldn’t manage to remember her breakfast let alone manage an apartment complex.
Horrible, they make you pay for water, trash, and sewage and they don't fix anything. Parking lot is riddled with pot holes. They quote different people different prices for rent and there is nobody who is willing to actually fix anything should you have an emergency! Very dishonest and unprofessional!
