The first review is 100% accurate. Either they don't understand the difference between a deductible and out of pocket coinsurance expenses or they just don't want to take what your insurance pays. In that case, you can't advertise online and claim to accept the patient's insurance at first, but then ask for full payment, with increased time added. I verified with the dentist that he did not ask for the additional time; this company also said I wouldn't be refunded if the procedure took less time than they wanted to bill me for and at the last minute (less than one business day notice). Who gets paid for services not rendered?! Something not on the up and up with their administrative staff.

I can't even rate these people..all I can say is they are rude.the lie,quote me one price and than upped 300.00 when it came time to pay...never told me i had to pay 24 hours before. cancelled on my autistic son cause must stress. if your dentist use these people RUN run as fast as you can .The girl lied thru her teeth and hung up on me..contacting a lawyer and filing numerous complainants
