I spoke with Dave to schedule some maintenance for my airplane. He informed me that he wouldn't be able to work on it for two weeks but he would definitely get it done by then and possibly sooner. After waiting the two weeks Francesca called me to let me know that they wouldn't be able to work on it for another month at least! I was promised that this small work would be completed in two weeks. When I said to Francesca that I was extremely disappointed because we've already waited the two weeks before being informed that they were unable to complete the work, she was rude on the phone and hung up on me. This is a very unprofessional operation. It seems to me that if it isn't a big job that they can charge you alot for then they are uninterested in working with you. We are very disappointed by the way we were treated. This is certainly not the way to win over any future business.

I was taken good care of and made to feel like one of the family. I depend on mechanics to give me a good inspection of my airplane and tell me what I need to be safe. That’s exactly what I got. They’re busy, and I wasn’t able to sashay to the front of the line, but when I left I felt confident that it was right. Thank you Franchesca, Tim, and Dave
They are very good at fixing what has been fixed, and mess it up. Very efficient at charging upfront money. I am happy i realized it in time.
