I enjoy every time I get to go out to Wayne Jacob's Smokehouse. Their andouille chips with mustard are an awesome appetizer. If you're in the mood for breakfast food, their tasso baked eggs are fantastic. I would also recommend getting their andouille for your home cooking.

Just drove by this place and decided to give it a try. Wayne's certainly did not disappoint. The food was great and also relatively inexpensive. Definitely recommended.

When we arrived we were not greeted. Were informed they were sold out of andouille and didn’t expect we would be able to get any in the next few days since it was Xmas week (went on 12/22) Bought a 20 pecan pie...sticker shock at the register, should have put it back. Asked if their pepper jelly was house made and spicy...clerk said she would finish ringing us up and then go ask because she didn’t know. On Xmas eve, cut into the overpriced pie and Caro syrup spilled out...custard was not set. Very disappointing experience overall.
