Just filled a complaint with BBB about their service. Can't call them. No emails back. Product description is wrong on the website. This place is a scam. Description on website matches my replacement screen but when I got the screen it was wrong. Now I cant return it.

Edit #2: The wrong screen was sent. Waiting to get a return label so I can ship it back and get my refund. As requested, I sent the pictures of the correct one I was replacing with the incorrect one they sent. Their "customer service" is shameful! Next step will be filing a claim with my bank unless I hear from them.....SOON! Edit: I finally heard back and shortly after the original review the screen was shipped. I'll move it to 3 stars.. Wish I would have read the reviews before paying for a screen. As most have noted, terrible customer service. And same issue with others stating that a shipping label was created but item never received by usps. Looks like it's time to file for a refund. Stay away!!

Spoke to customer service about replacing a Dell screen. They had what I needed at a better price than Amazon or anywhere else online. Dell wanted over 500 bucks for the repair. thank you . excellent experience.

I ordered a replacement screen from this company through Walmart.com. The screen I was sent did not work. I returned it in early September and received no refund. I inquired about the refund status in November and received this response: "Hi, Here is the best way to address the issue. Contact Walmart.com and/or your nearest store. Let them know that their suppliers and sellers currently are not handling or providing customer service for any issues. Walmart customer service has been handling and controlling the refunds (debiting and crediting transactions without authorization or legitimate justification). Let them know this, and that the supplier or seller will not be handling customer service until they change the handling/control of crediting/debiting of transactions back to the suppliers'/sellers' authorization." What audacity this company has refusing to address my refund because of a difference with Walmart's business practices. Ultimately (after three separate customer service calls to Walmart and two to my financial institution) I received a refund directly from Walmart. This company returned the faulty screen to its inventory, kept my money, and waited for Walmart to bail them out. These people are crooks.

Never answers phone or emails. Never received screen. USPS says label.was created on April 6th and never received the item to be shipped. I called multiple times and emailed multiple times. Terrible customer service. I just want a refund now. I doubt this company even in business anymore. On the phone now with the bank to dispute the charge.

I purchased on Feb 15 still have not received product. I used tracking and it was sent to PHILADELPHIA, PA 19148 I have sent 3 emails, and called 2 times. They do not wander their phone. I would never use again

Ordered Feb 16 and started tracking. Did not show up in the time frame that was stated. I tried calling with no answer and and email that asked me to be patient. When it did finally show up... they sent the wrong screen!! Tried calling and emailing with no response. Very disappointed to say the least.
