Boots are amazing. I ordered 2 pairs 1 week apart. I received them within 5 days. Beautiful boots and quality is great. I will definitely continue ordering from them. The price is crazy. And yes I was skeptical it's 2020 what else could you expect. I was pleasantly surprised.

Update- I finally received an email and they were behind due to Covid. Excellent boots. Excellent quality. I wish i could give zero stars. I ordered boots months ago and they have not been shipped. If they would at least respond to my emails or answer the phone. Very upsetting.
Would NOT recommend! Took over a month to received order, which was wrong boots. When I returned they tried to say they would not exchange because the boots had been worn. Completely FALSE. Then would not return the original boots without me paying additional fees. So now I'm out the 70 I paid for the boots, the 15 I paid to return the boots and I don't have the boots. Worse business I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Only gave the 1 star because it was a requirement before posting.
Got my boots only 2 days late which is ok seem to be well made but are a little smaller than advertised would recommend getting a size larger than what your used to
We order 3 pairs of boots on June 18th 2020. Shipping on website said it would take 2-5 days. Fast forward to July 7th. I called the store and some answered after calling 4 times. Gave him my order number and asked if he could tell me when the boots would he shipped out. He assured me that they got the order and that the one pair was a custom made order so it would take a couple days longer then the other two, and that the other two would be shipping out by the 8th and the custom made one 2 days after. I finally get a email with a confirmation code saying all THREE boots were being shipped, when really, it was just the custom pair. Today a package comes I only got one pair of boot. Let me tell you that they look awful. Not true to size, like 2 sizes too big, the seams are awful, the boot looks like it will come of the sole at any minute, and it's missing the strap. The first picture is what they're supposed to look like. The second is the seam and heel. The third is where my toe is at in the boot.
