They didn't even take the stray at my house. Lecturing me on getting cited for giving her food and water while they took their sweet time to get here.. I have a heart im not gonna let her starve.. worse public service ever

The dispatcher said they were on the way never showed up at heir are earlyer poeple living with n area two dog were lose in the area my next door neighbor said one made her run, I didn't believe her until it happens to me I had to run and jump on top of a car to get away . Yesterday 6/6/20 I saw them again at Park Place del Mar in the he area caffee dolce
Call transferred to dispatch which never picked up. Call again, spoke to receptionist which said \she would pass on the msg. to driver.\ Never ask about location, situation. Driver never called, just appeared. Out of two (2) dogs, he only picked one (1) up. One escaped and never went after. Poor service.
