I try placing an order online and paying with a gift card. I was going to use 25 on s gift card and the rest on my personal card. The website showed the 25 of the gift card but did not allow my to pay the rest due to a website error and it asked me to call the store. I called the store and after a 5 minute waiting time I was able to placed the order. One I got there the gift card now had no funds. I was not able to pay for my order and the family dinner we were supposed to have didn't happen due to some error of the website. The manager said that there was not funds on the card which I know if couldn't be true since I was seeing the 25 balance when I try placing the order online There is no 1-800 number so I can talk to someone and hopefully resolve the issue same day.
Service excellent. Atmosphere excellent. Manager excellent. Only thing food could have been a little hotter when it got to the table. But I will return
This time my wings needed more sauce. Didn't take a picture. They were still good. Buffalo Wild Wings is my go to spot for wings. Burgers are awesome too.
Adam our server was so great & deserves 5 stars!!! He was very helpful, polite & very friendly. One manager was very helpful answering questions we had about our meal. Everything was great until another manager, the taller bald headed man, decided to passive aggressively start turning TVs off all around where we were sitting. I understand BWW closes at 10 but does that mean lights & TVs need to be turned off right at 10 as well?? Thats basically telling us & the others still eating to leave. I understand being ready to go home at the end of the work day but not at the expense of the customer experience!!! Would have been a 5Star rating had we not been \shown the door\ so we felt we needed to pack up and go!!! This place is so close to our hotel & would have been a great place to come back to.....but not if we aren't wanted there!!
