Purchased my girlfriend a bridesmaid dress from Ruvi Dresses for a wedding that was going to take place this year. Since the purchase was made through a wedding package, we were told that we could not receive the dress until all other purchasers involved (the other bridesmaids) had made their own payments. Unfortunately, the wedding fell through and we no longer needed said dress. The other bridesmaids had not made their purchases so we assumed this would be an easy refund. Turns out that Ruvi Dresses had ordered the dress (without notifying us) and are refusing to refund us for the dress we don't have a need for. The only two options they gave us are pick up the dress or don't. I am currently filing a dispute against the charge to remedy this as the owner refuses to help us in this situation. I highly recommend avoiding this business as they won't accommodate or help the customer in situations that are out of your control.

The employee Jackie was very nice and informative about the dresses. She guided us throughout the process, and she was very helpful and was not judgmental. My daughter felt very comfortable with her. The dresses were stunning and breathtaking. They have a nice variety of dresses that are traditional,modern, and detailed.

Their staff was very friendly, and helpful. I was very satisfied with my visit. Their dresses were very detailed and had a large variety of dresses. I would definitely recommend them.
